Movie Reviews

Marvelous Choir, Marvelous Documentary
Glen M. Danielsen | Anaheim Hills, CA, U.S.A. | 05/15/2007
(5 out of 5 stars)

"You don't have to be a Latter-day Saint to experience the sheer delight of this great choir. And Walter Cronkite lends his trademark illustrious voice to describe the history of the choir's lenthy existance, which is an inspirational slice of Americana. A few others such as composer John Williams, Sting, and others give thier observations about the MTC as well, and it is interesting to hear their points of view. But above all, it is the spirit and majesty of the music which flows from this delightful group of volunteers (members of the choir are unpaid) which tingles the soul. You simply have to hear them."
