A bit rough at first and then it started to grow on you. Mork v. Vader camera scene will bring giggles! Some of Mila's acting was not so great. Rest in peace Robin Williams!

"the angriest man in brooklyn". i didn't know when i went to watch this that one of robin williams last films had him playing an angry depressed man who attempts suicide, weirdly ironic i think.

i consider robin williams one of the greatest actors in the short history of film. he's done some absolutely amazing and insightful work and touched my heart and soul on more than one occasion. i think it's a shame that this was one of his last roles. he does a great job with it considering what he had to work with but i think it was poorly written and everyone seems to phone in their performances throughout, and i mean everyone. i was very disappointed. i didn't hate it but it's kind of a sad depressing film and seeing robin play this character and knowing that he would end up actually commiting suicide not that long after just breaks my heart and makes me feel ill.

i gave it three stars but actually wish i hadn't seen it just so it wasn't part of my memory of what robin created during his career. the man was both a comic and dramatic genius with an insight into what really makes us special as human beings and i find myself wishing he had been able to pull off one last piece of brilliance before he called it quits. i don't know if he finally found the peace he was searching for but i hope he did, he sure earned it.
