The cure for the In Between Aquabats Concert Blues!

"It might be best to start with what's not on this 2 DVD collection. Let's start with profanity, obscene jestures, tiny outfits barely confining surgically enhanced bodies, package grabbing and costume malfunctions. There's also a lack of angst, depression, cruelty, & narcissism. If these things are your cup of tea, I would suggest something else. What you will find is pure joy. I once heard the Aquabats described as a combination of DEVO and the Mighty Morphin Power Rangers. That description works pretty well. There concerts are like a Sid & Marty Croft, Saturday morning television show with a surf punk beat. It's impossible to capture the pure joy of an Aquabats concert, but this DVD does as good a job as possible. The only thing the DVD has over a live show is that you won't have a chain smoking teen standing next to you.Buy the DVD. You will not be dissapointed!"
This DVD totally rips!

"Well fellow cadets... this is a spectacular DVD to add to your collection. Put it next to your restored version of Citizen Kane and The Sound of Music and you'll have fun all night homies! Seriously though, this DVD is a fantastic addition to any aquabats fan... in fact if you consider yourself a fan... WHY ARE YOU EVEN QUESTIONING GETTING THIS??? JUST BUY IT ALREADY!! The only negatives I have to say about this collection however is the fact that some features (such as the aquabats diary) have pretty bad sound quality. Some segments can be really soft... so you'll turn up the sound and then the next segment will be at full volume! So you'll blow out your ears a bit... but thats OK I guess. Other than that I wish they added some behind the scenes footage or ADDITIONAL footage of the power-ranger-esque video made around the time of the FLOATING EYE release... as far as I could see they only had the comercial for the CD included and that was it! All in all though... this is a really nifty DVD! Buy it, and be accepted by those in your peer group! You'll win friends and influence others! Now if you could just get past your natural body aroma of swiss cheese you'll be set!"
The kids are our homeys!

"I have never been to an Aquabats concert in my life.
This is probably as close as I will get.
Watching this makes me even more depressed that I will most likely never get to see them live.
They make my soul smile.
And throw up rotten half-and-half.
I can only describe this DVD in one word.
Phenomenal.
Buy it because you want to see The MC Bat Commander's shorts droop periodically lower as he dances around on stage, or because you want to watch a timeline of their succession, or because you want your soul to smile, too.
I love The Aquabats."

"This video is awsome. It has tons of concert footage full of stage dives and skank pits. The dvd captures the rawness on a live punk show with no barriers or rules. The sound quality is perfect and professionaly done. I highly recomend this to any fans of ska or punk"
AQUABATS LIVE

"I have seen this band live at least 9 times over the past 8 years and have to say that they are definitely a riot to be part of live, I mean SEE live. Their shows are unlike the typical concert and very much involve the crowd so that you feel part of the show with cheesy childhood references and superhero vs evil shenanigans which you will see in this DVD. Anyone from 24-34 and a lingering for the old childhoods days of suburban summer should find this DVD and the bands sense of humor entertaining. As an added bonus the music is fun and catchy. Give this DVD a chance and check out the cds "Fury of the Aquabats" and "The Floating Eye of Death." You will be glad ya did cadet!
Special songs are "Playdough", "Giant Robot Birdhead", "Pizza Day" and "Pool Party.""
