Please keep in mind that this dvd is not about lap dancing. Nevertheless, the routine is easy to learn with practice and in the dvd, the routine is covered first so the viewer can see what the entire routine looks like, then the routine is broken down so viewers can learn the moves. Two other dancers are shown doing modified movements for viewers who might have problems with doing the routine as it's presented. There's a section on the dvd that covers the routine being taught in an actual class and this part presents the viewer with an opportunity to see various types/sizes of women going through the routine. I highly recommend this dvd if you'd like to expand your erotic dance repertoire and it will definitely put the dining room chairs to better use!" Using the chair and slow movements, it is much easier to start with. Even with my neck injury causing me to skip some moves, there are plenty of others to fill in with. So it is nice if you have health issues, check with your doctor and work around them. Good exercise and stretching to boot."
