Movie Reviews

More performance than instruction, but that's not a bad thin

"I got this dvd at Ross for only $5.99 but with a different cover. She spends a lot of time showing what moves look good w/ a sword, and at the ends teaches a lovely choregraphy. However, please know that she doesn't go into any details at all as far as picking a sword, or how to keep it balanced, or tips of any kind. It's mainly just watching her and her students do moves w/ the sword. If you are interested in sword work then I would suggest this dvd. I got a lot of great ideas from it. However, maybe get princess farhana's dvd as well, since she goes in depth where Amira doesn't."
