Movie ReviewsFellowship in music Mickey Thorne | 08/26/2007 (4 out of 5 stars) "I was searching for a song, - The Love of God. As there are two songs with this title, I wanted to be sure I found the one that I did not have. Joy Gardner, David Phelps, and Guy Penrod are featured in this number. They sing the last verse, and as though that wonderful verse is not enough, these three singers, so full of God's love and having so much talent, make the rafters ring! And the talent and devotion of the other indicated to me a bound of fellowship and love. (I think they were enjoying it as much as I was.) Over and over and over, I play that song. It was delight to discover that I enjoy the whole DVD. Only one song raised my eyebrows, but others may really like it, so I shall leave that up to them. Lively and touching songs, most of which I have heard for years, and a few really good ones that I am pleased to hear. I wish they had offered a recording of those three dear people, Guy, David, and Joy, singing the whole song. I think Bill Gaither knows to leave us wanting more. It is a sweet and enjoyable DVD.
