I like how it goes from jumping jacks and jump rope moves to punching and kicking combinations. This interval style kept me sweating, panting, and feeling great. I find that this workout is hard and fast paced and if you are on a beginning level, which i swore i was not until attemping this dvd, you should do the DVD without the billy bands until you can complete it was ease, and then add resistance and more intensity with the bands. If you are looking to buy only one cardio bootcamp DVD this is the one! I also own the cardio live dvd and find it to be so fast paced that i cannot follow along and i am always a step behind. THis dvd is 45 min, 15 longer than the cardio LIVE version, you really work up a sweat and can still follow along pretty well on you first time. this DVD is higly recommended especially if you want to vary your cardio and add some strenght training. FYI- make sure you are purchasingthe red-ish DVD and not the yellow, i found that some sellers were not selling the one that is advertised on this page." Lost 10 Pounds In 1 Month C.
