Really fun dance routine. Not super in depth. I think the average person could easily mock it. The instructions are a little repetitive, but I figured out that if you skip them and just go straight into the routine you don't really get a workout. This is definitely fun... but not something I could see myself doing everyday... and if I did want to, I can remember the routine well enough not to need the disc. Definitely a good introduction, especially if you don't trust yourself with learning dance. Overall I think it is worth checking out, and I'm glad I did. But, for a workout I will stick to disc 2.
