Rob, Laura and Ritchie Petrie live in New Rochelle. Rob is head writer of The Alan Brady Show. His associates are Buddy Sorrell and Sally Rogers. Mel Cooley (Brady's brother-in-law) is the butt of jokes among the writing staff, while boss Alan is an overbearing and vain egomaniac. Storylines for this series are split between Rob's professional and home life
THE LUCY SHOW--
The successful follow-up to I LOVE LUCY underwent a few location, personnel and scenario changes over its six season run. By season #5, Lucy was living in Los Angeles. Her boss at the bank, Mr. Mooney, also transferred west and the two continued to drive each other crazy.
