Member Movie Reviews Sarah G. from STATESVILLE, NC Reviewed on 3/27/2013... I go back and forth between liking The Firm dvds and not. Thia one is a non like for me. Anyone familiar with yoga will find this workout contains very little true yoga. This is more of a deep stretching workout. I didn't really find the strap and block that necessary. I noticed in some spots it was used and I didn't need it. The pace is good and time passes very quickly. I personally wouldn't do this workout again, but it would be great for someone that is ok with a plain stretching workout.
