"B movie but the plot was nice. A young musician, out of work and driving down a road stops at a bar and manages to get a job as a hanyman at a lodge managed by a quarrelsome married couple. This film has a few interesting twists, reminiscent of "Diabolique".



Actually from the cover of the DVD and the story line, I thought this might be a werewolf movie. Wrong!



The photography was good at times and then bad. I got the feeling that it was either hit or miss from the director's chair on this one. Rent, don't buy."

Sexy B Movie. Olivia D'abo is hot !

"First of all, nothing new about the plot. You should have seen it in dozen other similar movies. A drifter came into small town looking for a job. Got a job with a couple. The husband is abusive. The wife is seductive. You can guess the rest. But Olivia D'abo and Susan Anspach show their assets several times and the bedroom scenes is quite engaging. So with better than average performances and two beautiful actress in nude this DVD should satisfy fans of this genre.



The DVD is in full screen only, but the picture is acceptable. The 2.0 mono sound is quite clear. Not bad for a budget DVD. Collectable."

BACK IN THE FRYING PAN

"With more twists than a pretzel, this low budget erotothriller isn't as bad as I had thought it would be. Lee Montgomery (a child actor earlier in his career, billed himself as Lee Harcourt Montgomery), plays an out of work musician who stops in a small diner, flirts with the sexy waitress (sultry Olivia d'Abo) and gets a job offer from a macho rancher (Art Hindle). Seems like the former handyman disappeared and a new one is needed. Wade, the drifter, takes the job from Dirk and meets his aging beauty wife, played with reckless abandon by Susan Anspach (Rosalind). Well, it's not too long before good old Wade is bedding both the waitress, Leyette, and Rosalind. He also discovers that Dirk is nasty to his wife, she showing up with bruises and cuts. Although Wade suggests that Rosalind call the police or leave Dirk, she suggests something better: let's murder him!

Dirk is reluctant at first but a series of events leads him to accept the challenge but things aren't quite what they seem. The movie is lethargic at times, but it's clever plotting and twists make it worthwhile."
