I've seen Foreigner live in concert and it was pretty close to CD quality and pretty awesome with the lights and huge jukebox and saxophone. This was garbage in my opinion since the audio and video quality was horrible and they were hopping around going to documentary and various concerts scenes. I thought they had replaced the main singer since it was so bad and off cue but I looked at other reviews and found out that Lou Gramm had brain surgery causing him to gain weight and they said he would not ever be able to sing again. To be honest, this is like Ali fighting past his prime and not quitting when it was obvious to fans. They probably should have not made this but if you are a fan of Foreigner, then this would be a must for you but you have been warned.

"I have been a Foreigner fan for many years and attended several shows in 2002 during their 25th Anniversary tour. This band has been through a lot but they were still rocking it hard and it showed at their concerts. I had a great time at those shows and was so psyched when I heard they were going to release a movie from the tour. The Film did not disappoint!!! A very unpolished and unscripted view of the band on stage and behind the scenes. And very well done indeed!! Athough it is only a stereo mix, the sound is great and the setlist is full of hits & favorites. Thanks again to the band for releasing your "home movies" to us fans!! I will enjoy watching for some years to come. To any Foreigner fan: A must have!!!!!!!"

"This has to be the WORST concert / music documentary dvd that I have ever watched. The camera and editing work must have been done by a ten year old. The sound quality is terrible. I watched it only once (and not all the way thru) and it now sits collecting dust. To me it was the biggest waste of music money that I have spent. I would sell it for $5.00 if I thought I could !PS: Couldn't find a zero star rating... sorry !"

"Seems like Mick Jones had to drag poor Lou Gramm with his ailing vocal performance just to make a quick buck in case Lou's health got worse. I could have hung in there but using one camera to shoot the whole DVD made it even boring to watch let alone listen. And I use to love Foreigner. Shameful."

"This DVD seemed to be a total afterthought. I see it as a poorly paced edit and the program left me wondering why a band with so much of a fan-following released this and nothing else. With all respects Lou and Mick, Live at Deek Creek '93 is a much better buy for a fans hard-earned money. This would have been an acceptable piece for the completist collector IF it had been released alongside a pro recorded DVD with digital audio recording of a full concert. In retrospect to my previous comments, this DVD could actually have been better used as filler for extras section on a real Pro release. This is a single camera videographer tailing the group from hotel to venue and back. He was hooked into the soundboard most of the time from what we could tell. One of the biggest bands of the 80's and no complete live show on the 25th Anniversary is a real let down. Again, consider buying this if you are a completist collector. The fan who loved 80's foreigner casually will be left scratching their head.I love Foreigner, how about you guys dig through the vaults and pull out some full shows, get the lawyers together to do the sign-off's and contracts and release something that will make all your fans mouth water again. Seriously....please!!!"
