Movie Reviews

PLOT TWISTS RULE!!!!

(5 out of 5 stars)

"Starting off where the last volume left off. The fan service and comedy continues in the first half of episode one than turns very serious in the second half. The plot takes an extremely cool twist and the show becomes even more serious and the comedy has completely left, but because of one female character, the fan service remains and if you watch this series you know who. Even in serious situations, her breasts seems to be somewhere ridiculous. It is not distracting though. The plot becomes serious and will probably remain serious for the remaining of the show. I love this series. I think I like the characters a little better than Evangelion characters. The characters personalities are very interesting. The second season surpasses the first season in every way. Pick up this dvd today, you won't regret it.

Animation - B+ - Gets ridiculous at times.

Plot - A+ - The best lot of Gravion episodes so far.

Music - A - Music always fit the moment and makes the show even more exciting.

Overall - A - If you haven't checked out this series yet, you missing out on an exciting mecha anime!!!"
Less T&A This Round, More Plot

"Argueably a great series. While the first volume had a few moments of unecessary T&A, I found it hilarious. With the second volume more character development is done and the plot thickens.

Personally, I'm happy I bought the series; not only because it rules and is insanely funny, but also because I'd like to learn to draw myself.

Originally I bought the first volume because the sound track hooked me. Yeah, it's a goofy story but the songs wouldn't get out of my head.

Anyway, go out on a limb and buy volume 1. If you already have it and love it, then volume 2 won't disappoint you.

That's enough mindless pro-sales pitch crap from me... go away :) Peace. ~~Scuba"
