This is a great addition to your workout video collection. It is very challenging, but a great workout! It's the instructor alone...no team. It starts with a cardio segment consisting of some sports drills and calisthenics. The second segment is some strength training.
Let me just say, I love Jeanette Jenkins! She has such a bubbly demeanor and I feel motivated using her products.
She cues well. You can tell that the workout challenges her too. At my current fitness level, by the time I finish the cardio segment, the weight segment is tough. It will get you in shape though, definitely. I find that a few of the resistance moves were challenging because of balance and core strength (or lack thereof). Also, you can't skip to the second segment. I'm not devastated about that, really. I just do the whole thing.
Summary: I love it!
