Lots of potential with Hayden Christensen and Samuel L. Jackson leading the way but it seemed to fizzle.

Had great potential but it didn't explain anything and left it completely with loose ends.

Read Steven C. Gould's original JUMPER -- not the movie prequel book with "Griffin" in the subtitle. This movie is formula trash and bears no resemblance to the original book, which was excellent. The movie is an uninspired retread of the HIGHLANDER TV series with its secret society of Watchers. What I'd like to know is how the bad guys in this story were able to track and capture jumpers prior to electrical technology? If you want to see cool jump effects, watch Nightcrawler in X-MEN 2.

Typical example of a generic comic book type film. Nothing really interesting.

This is not the best movie Hayden Christensen has been but I still like it though it's a bit confusing. Like how did he get this power and why do the people not like it so much. But all in all, still pretty good movie.

I saw this movie at a theatre, and it made absolutely no sense to me. It's kind of a postmodern movie that really explains nothing. It feels like the sequel to a movie, where you really have no idea why things are happening. All throughout the movie, especially during chase scenes, the people are jumping from one location to another, and this makes the film especially hard to follow. There are a lot of cool shots of the main character in different places, but that's about it.
