"This concert is thoroughly enjoyable. Keb Mo' is a wonderful songwriter with a warm, appealing voice. He also plays a mean guitar. Although based in the blues, Keb Mo' transcends the style, offering soul/R&B and beautiful ballads, as well.My only gripe with this dvd is that there are virtually no shots of Keb's guitar playing. As a guitarist myself, it was very frustrating seeing him from every angle but not able to watch what he was doing on the instrument. Perhaps some dvd producer or director with a bit of foresight could use the alternate angle capability of the medium to film the hands of the artist so that guitarists can watch the technique and fingerings if they choose to."

"We hear far too little of Keb Mo. I sometimes think there is a conspiracy to hide this man's undeniable talents. Seriously - this DVD shows us Keb's doing what he does best, exuding pure blues. He is a wonderful musician and he has a magical presence. This DVD, ( while a little shabby on the production side) is well worth the money Try it!"

"A throwback to older traditional blues guitarists/singers. Laid back style of story telling. I particularly enjoyed it when he brought Doctor John out to join him for a few songs. Studio lighting not the greatest but the music certainly is. A must have for blues lovers."

"I love Keb's recordings so it is a treat to see a show. I would hate to be in his band. He looks like he enjoys keeping them on edge with where he is going. But it looks to be in fun! Enjoyable band and a guest shot with Dr. John. I would definatly make the effort to see him in live if I get the opportunity. Picture and sound are fine!"
