Standard romance-but still fun

"I kept thinking "Love Story" and "A Walk to Remember" with a twist. Somehow a fabulous looking woman who is dying manages to help a troubled man, who is her polar opposite, find himself before she passes over. This film is no different. The acting is passable at best and the screenplay is thin. With all that said, I must say that I still like it. I guess I'm a sucker for a sappy love story. As far as the interracial part goes, it is something that is not even mentioned in the film between the characters. That was refreshing. Watch it if you like sappy chick flicks."

"I thought the movie was good. It just didn't include enough about her background to me."

"This a good movie, that makes you laugh out loud, feel the sadness and rejoice in the romance of it all. It's not the best movie, but it's worth watching and I know that I am going to watch it again."
Excellent Love Story

"I must say that initially I had my doubts about this movie. I never heard about it until a friend insisted that I watch it. However, I was not disappointed because I absolutely love this film. "The Last Place on Earth" is definitely a winner. Tisha Campbell-Martin was wonderful and funny and Dana Ashbrook was great as well."
