Member Movie Reviews Gloria B. (glowbird) from SPOKANE, WA Reviewed on 10/24/2018... This was a surprise. Picked it up because Bill NIghy (The Best Exotic Marigold Hotel) was in it. It's set in London pre-Jack the Ripper. Nighy plays a Lt. Kildare, assigned to find a serial killer among an assortment of suspects. The story was engrossing and built up to a unexpected conclusion.
