Brilliant, gripping, funny at times and surprisingly educational...this is the kind of television we should all be watching. The series follows a high profile news team through the trials and tribulations of living through and reporting the news. It is as much about how it all affects their lives as the public's. It also chronicles a major shift for this network, from news for entertainment -- to reporting the truth, good or bad...breaking away from the industry trend. The pace is often breakneck, the dialogue is witty, insightful, honest to the point of heart-wrenching. It didn't take long for me to begin to care about these people, at times much more than I'd like to admit. There are no one-dimensional characters in this show.
