During the whole viewing I sat there with a "WHAT IS THIS" look. I like Lucy Lawless but I think I'll stick with Xena. Dont buy save your money." Peach: Tantalizing Bitter Song: Reason for being-LL 08/18/1999 (3 out of 5 stars) "The object of the Woman's (Lucy Lawless) conquest got a nice lesson in non-attachment and the promise it can bring. The film was short, yes, but gave the viewer a chance to imagine what followed. The girl also was taught that she has some worth- "you make things happen". Bitter Song's reason for being, to me, is that it is Lucy's very first film appearance. The blurb on the box is quite misleading, however. One kept expecting to see the nurse do more than routine hospital chores;there was really no special contact with the child. A historic document of a terrific actress."
