WOW - This is a great TV series...I never watched it while on the air...now I've seen all of it. You'll become engrossed by the characters and plot. Very well developed all around!

I posted it after viewing the first episode. If I want to watch corruption in action (drug use, immoral behavior and killings) I'll turn on the news. I'm very disappointed. The first season was great. The second season was less enthralling but still entertaining. This season took a turn that doesn't interest me.

Another Great Season

"To start, I'd like to mention that this season is only 13 episodes, due to the writers' strike. That being said, I actually think it's still on par with the previous two seasons. Some say it seemed a little rushed but I actually think it may have been a bit too much to have an entire 22 or 23 episode season of breaking out of a prison in Panama that only has guards on the outside. They do a great job once again of keeping you on the edge of your seat with this one.



A lot more is revealed about "The Company" and the massive conspiracy, and of course, Burrows and Scofield find themselves neck deep in it. Some old faces and new alike with Scofield continuing to outsmart pretty much everyone makes this another satisfying and addictive season of Prison Break.

Still Fun, A Little Thin Though

"The "plot" kinda starts back at zero again with some of the main characters back in prison, this time in Panama. The season is very "small" in scope opposed to seasons one and two because it is primarily centered around only a few locations. The "Company" is still the problem, there is a prison to break out of and in standard "Prison Break" fashion. All the characters are thrust together because of overlapping wants, needs, desires, situations, etc. And of course in true Prison Break fashion there are a borderline unbelievable number of plot twists/things that go not as planned which sometimes borders on "OH, COME ON!" I don't want to describe it as "dummied down" in comparison to the previous seasons but it is not exactly complex. And disappointingly I find that some situations are not very realistic and some of the characters don't act true to their nature. I assume because the show is supposed to be rather PG. If some of the actors (good guys or bad guys) were to act in accordance with their personalities there would certainly be more violence and the writers would run the risk of demonizing some of the "good guys", but it would have added a whole new level of believability and another layer of complexity to each characters personality. And of course be more realistic. And one last thing, when watching the show I am constantly telling the characters to "Pick up their guns" after they neutralize the bad guys (lord knows they never kill anyone). It frustrates me to no end that these fugitives would leave firearms laying around without taking them when in most cases they don't have any and on top of that is there such a thing as having too many pistols/ammo when you are being chased by a super secret organization, "The Company" which is not shy about killing people? The answer is no. In conclusion, still fun to watch. Great value for the money and my wife enjoys it as much as I do so we get to have an episode or two of "Prison Break Date" most nights before the Daly Show comes on....so we can get the news:-)"
