The title is a bad choice and the exercises are decent but nothing great.

Good versatile workout....

(4 out of 5 stars)

"This workout contains 4- 10 minute segments that utilize 5 plastic spots (see cover photo) to keep you in the appropriate position throughout the workout.

Segment #1: Upper Body Toning

Segment #2: Cardio

Segment #3: Lower Body Toning

Segment #4: Abs

The instructor has two background personalities, and one person is performing a modified version of some exercises. I found the cardio segment to be quite enjoyable since she performs a lot of agility drills that reminds one of football and basketball practice. It is a welcome change to the step touch routine you see throughout many cardio workouts.

Each of the toning segments use your own body weight to challenge your muscles, and she places the 5 plastic spots in different formations for each of the segments. The first formation is a "V", 2nd formation is a straight line, 3 formation is a plus sign, and the 4th formation is a "U" shape.

While I thought the spot concept was cute, I felt as if they got in the way most of the time. I would spend the first few seconds wondering if my spots were far enough apart, etc.

I would consider this video to be a beginner/intermediate workout, and I think I will visit it occasionally (especially if I am short on time). Give this video a try for a change from the norm!"
