He stars as ex-surfing champion Mark Remar, who turns to drug-running after an injury forces him to retire. His girlfriend (Dedee Pfeiffer)accidently gets pregnant with his child and she decides to move to Portland the escape the drug life. He wants to join her, but decides to do one last score.
