Movie Reviews

Pleasant film but not up to classic Terence Hill standards
02/23/1999
(3 out of 5 stars)

"Fans of Terence Hill will find the film of some interest but a bit lacking in the slapstick humor that made Hill famous. Hill guides a teenager through some of life's challenges, which of course include the occasional fight scene. The film is one of several that Terence Hill (and his usual co-star Bud Spencer, who does NOT appear here) made later in their careers, aimed in the direction of light and generally family-oriented adventure. (Examples of these other films are Lucky Luke, Aladdin, and Troublemakers). Check out "Crime Busters," "Go For It," and "Odds and Evens" (all available from Amazon) for the real classics from Terence Hill and Bud Spencer."
