Very old movie (there is a wall phone with a DIAL!). I thought the sound was horrible and the plot dragged on way longer than it should have. Don't be put off by Sarah Jessica Parker on the cover; she has a very minor role. This 1987 Hallmark Hall of Fame movie stars Stockard Channing and Sam Waterston. It is well done, fairly gentle, yet not lacking conflict, emotion, and energy.
