It is such a pleasure to witness a Hip Hop beat being produced with live acoustics and sheer skill and not behind a sterilised studio. I would imagine that's why the group has such an authentic cross appeal. 'The Roots Present' succeeds in bringing out this ability to entertain through live performance in full force.
