It was a little hard to follow even though the instructor talks you through the moves. So many are head down moves that you can't watch her do them and keep up. I did yoga at the gym for another year or so, and then tried this DVD again. Now I love it - so much that I quit the gym. I love this Yoga DVD because you can choose the workouts you want to do, which changes them up so you don't get bored and allows you to fit a workout into your time schedule."
