First of all in order to like this pairing you MUST be a fan of pasta Westerns, and even more importantly westerns all together. These two films would never have made it past the thumbs up test of Siskle and Ebert, but then, honestly, not too many Spaghetti Westerns would have. The major downfall of these films is that they overdo the comedic side and underdo the dramatic side. It's okay for a western to have a comedic side, but for any western movie to be overly comedic is taking the bullet in the head.
