I found this an extremely disturbing movie, especially because it reproduces the actual Stanford Prison Experiment from 1971. Quite well done and worth the watch, but not a movie I plan on seeing again. I found myself increasingly angry at the doctor in charge, who fortunately shifted the focus of his work after the conclusion.

Plenty of profanity and degrading language and behavior on the part of the "guards" towards the "prisoners," all of them young college-age men.
