A young teen loses his mother to a factory accident in small-town Ohio. His deputy dad, played by Kyle Chandler, is distant and young Joseph turns to his group of zany friends for companionship and distraction. This group of Junior High boys is in the middle of making a zombie movie and when they go to the train depot outside of town at midnight, the excitement really begins.
