It's raining, it's winter, there's nothing better to do... by chance you see this movie, and it's superb!Based on the fairly standard 'horror' storyline of some undiscovered monsters turning up to eat people and the guys who turn out to be heroes to save the day, Tremors has nothing new: however, it does everything right.The story holds together really well, the acting is excellent (particularly from Bacon, Ward and Gross) and the tongue-in-cheek humour is well-timed. It's a must-see for anyone who likes to take their films with a pinch of salt, and doesn't analyse absolutely every tiny little thing. Tremors takes the viewer for a nice, fun ride with a few surprises, thrills and shocks to keep the heart pounding.Tremors 2 follows on with Ward and Gross returning to fight the Graboids once again. Despite my immediate fear that, being a sequel, it would be rubbish, I was pleasantly surprised. Tremors 2 Aftershocks doesn't quite live up to the original. It is a good movie, but is lacking the level of suspence and thrills of the first one. It does have it's moments though. You won't regret buying this 2 pack."
