I've seen bad. And now I've seen The Vampire Conspiracy. This film must have been financed with a credit card with a $2,000 limit and I don't think there were any over-the-limit fees charged. Zero special effects. Entire video looks as if it was filmed in a single room with movable, whitewashed sheet rock forming a "maze" the characters wandered in throughout the film. A vampire sets up a test in order to gauge the goodness of humanity? Really? Avoid this film like the producers avoided a special effects budget.
