Movie ReviewsGreat exercizes and production, but not a do-along-with M. Jones | California | 06/23/2008 (3 out of 5 stars) "I was hoping for a yoga routine I could do along with the leader in my small trailer. The routines and production are excellent, but you have to memorize the routines instead of just following along. They show you how to do them once but don't do the repetitions.
