I would recommend this DVD. She tells you everything , what each body part should be doing, reminds you to breathe, etc. It is not difficult, but quite effective.

My DVD has a different cover with Suzanne. It's the Deluxe edition, not sure why it doesn't show up in the title?

This may be a decent Yoga video, just not for me. It was very slow. If you like that this is for you. I like more flowing moves.

I found this dvd to be a wonderful addition to my collection. The 45 minute yoga routine does not include downward dog which I often find to be hard on my shoulders and hamstrings. The instructions are clear and the scenery is beautiful. Multiple levels of modifications for the poses are shown so I can grow with the dvd.

A good workout. Seemingly simple, we are taken through many standing poses as well as floor work. Deceptive on the "weight loss" title. This is a good steady workout showing modifications for us larger bodies. It doesn't flow as well as I would like and some of the postures are not well explained. But overall it is a relaxing and strengthening workout. I like it. But don't think it's going to make you lose any weight.....

I enjoy this DVD almost weekly. The practice flows and is very thorough. You feel like you have have worked out, but also that you've worked on your inner peace. The instructor cues every move and the relaxation at the end is wonderful.
I like the fact that there are 4 different models (some plus size) and the viewer can choose to watch the beg, int, int-adv, or adv model. Lots of choices in this 1 hour practice
