I'm kind of on the fence with this one.
I watch the original as a teen when this came out in theaters many moons ago and it scared the heck out me back then.
This new version goes into some detail and speculation about Andromeda than the original movie and it leaves you with a slight hangover.
Thinking to myself, do I like this or not.

Paul Newman and Robert Redford were a great acting team. Love this movie when it first came out in the theaters many moons ago, and it's still a great film to watch again after all this time.

I would have gladly give 5 stars if this was followed by Season 2. Alas, some nitwit decided to cancel it after only 1 season. Really great starter for a series. Marathon it within a couple of days. Left me wanting more.

I'm not reviewing the movies.

Instead I'm giving a heads up on this particular combo of dvds.
5 to 10 minutes into the movie a message appears from Cinavia 3.
There is no audio and the picture is covered by the message.

These are not pirated dvds but a glitch from the manufacturer.
Amazon has several reviews about this problem on their site.

I was able to play these on my computor, but the sound quality wasn't all that great.

I've heard from others that if you buy these movies separately there is no issues.

I lucked out on 3 credits because someone didn't throw this set of dvd's away and instead passed them onto me.

I had no clue what I was getting into when I was given this dvd. Didn't even bother reading the back to see what it was about. Just popped it into the player and watched.

Wow! Talk about a psychological thriller.

The twists and turns kept me guessing until the very end.

I'm glad this turned out to be a keeper. Recommended to those that love a good mystery.

I've seen this one on and off being posted, but never was curious enough to check it out until I read a review on it.
The review kind of made me curious and decided to try it.
Considering I'm not familiar with the main actor, Ricky Gervais, I watch this movie with no real expectations and was very pleasantly surprised on how much I enjoyed it.
Would recommend if you like ghost stories without bloodshed, humor, romance, and a little bit of a moral at the end.

I went into this one pretty much blind. Heard some good things about it by others being a good mystery, but didn't read the blurb or reviews on it. I like being surprised by knowing the least about a movie.
Anyway, started off a bit slow, but it didn't take long for me to be caught up in the plot.

It held a few surprises and Lisbeth is someone I'd hate to mess with.

I'm giving it a 4 star rating as an excellent movie to watch, but not with children around because of the subject matter, nudity and sex.

This turned out more than what I expected.

I laughed, I cried, but mostly, I celebrated those people that have the biggest hearts when it comes to fostering.

Mainly I got this set because of High Spirits, a hard to find dvd, but the rest were not bad even if Liam Neeson wasn't the main character in some of these movies.
