Possibly made in the 90's or early 2000's ........3 waitresses working together in a restaurant....mob-like, mafia-ish setting, at the end of the movie they end up drinking champage in the restaurant, I'm trying to remember more about it and I can't ......caught parts of it on HBO and have never seen it again

Any help anyone can give would be great! Thanks!!!
