My 3 year old son is fascinated by "diggers"--bulldozers, cranes, building roads, etc.

Suggestions on DVDs for kids that show these off to kids?

Brownie points for having male & female kids and adults.

How about the "Real Wheels" series? Just type that in the search bar and they list a bunch like Mega Trucks, Dump trucks, tractors, fire trucks, etc... My son used to love these when he was that age too. You can also type in "construction" in the search bar and several titles pop up.
