It starts with a girl being buried alive, does anyone know if it was called something else?

I was pretty sure it was called "Gates Of Hell"

You are referring to the correct movie....

BUT......

when this movie was released on DVD and Blu Ray a few years ago, it was released under the original Italian title CITY OF THE LIVING DEAD.

BTW when this movie was released on VHS many years ago, it was released under the American title GATES OF HELL.

Confusing....eh?
