The physicality of tennis in the beginning. It kept me in good shape. As I improved, it became a passion. A serious hobby. I became a student of the game. I studied professional players and tried to emulate them. Especially their strokes. I was consumed by tennis (best tennis shoes for ankle suppport). I read and watched every thing I could to improve my game. When I started playing doubles, I entered tournaments and join teams. I became very competitive. What I especially loved about the game is how my mind would take hold of me and tennis is all I would think about. It was pure escape from the rest of my world. I only focused on the elements of the game. AND Why do you like tennis? |
