WARNING!!!

The Pandemic “relaxed” swapping deadlines ended today August 8, 2023.

Some members are having a problem, the "mail by" date has suddenly moved to a sooner date.  
This happened on Paperback swap, mail by dates abruptly moved earlier.  Senders scrambled to meet the new deadline & some missed and the system cancelled orders etc.  The dates changed so suddenly people were not able to mail in time.  

The change was made by only posting a notice TODAY on the front page of SwapaDVD.  

Not enough notice.  

Swapa just created a shite show by not giving enough notice. I guess if you didn't see the notification, you're out of luck because orders were cancelled. Why was this not sent out to everyone in a club communication email well in advance of the order cancelling? Previous orders should have followed the original deadlines instead of cold cocking senders with surprise cancellations. Super incompetence here.
