I received a burn on demand title by Warner Bros. You can always tell by the color of the disc. It looks like a manufactured disc in every other way (upc, studio artwork, etc.), but it is not readable by any of my players. I received with a problem, but haven't received my credit back. Is that how they're doing it now? |

My experience is that if I mark something received with a problem, I immediately get my credit and fee refunded. Go to your My Account - Main page and check your Money Registry and Credit Registrty to see if you've been credited. If not, contact the site admins. |
